REquired skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Expertise in delivering at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle. 
• Strong understanding of SAP methodologies (SAP Activate preferred).
• Advanced skills in project governance, risk management, communication, and leadership.
• Proven leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, system integrators, and senior business stakeholders.
• Availability for business travel to client sites.
• English C1.

Nice-to-have SKills:

• Experience delivering SAP programs in a US business environment.
• Exposure to other SAP solutions, such as SAP Ariba.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors throughout all project phases.
• Manage project planning, governance, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive key implementation activities, including design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ensure strong stakeholder alignment, timely decision-making, business readiness, and a successful transition to the new SAP S/4HANA environment.
