REQUIREd skills:

• 3-6 years of hands-on SAP EAM/PM experience, working with SAP ECC PM and/or SAP S/4HANA EAM.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP EAM implementations, from Fit-to-Standard/Fit-Gap through go-live and hypercare.
• Strong SAP EAM/PM configuration skills across core maintenance processes.
• Ability to prepare clear functional specifications for WRICEF developments and collaborate with technical teams.
• Good understanding of integration points with MM, QM, FI/CO, PS, and EHS.
• Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills, including requirements gathering and process discussions.
• English B2+.

nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with SAP CS/Service Management in S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of advanced EAM: WCM/Permits, Warranty Claims, Mobile EAM, Linear Asset, or Fleet Management.
• Familiarity with SAP Asset Manager, APM/ASPM, AIN, or FSM.
• Experience with Migration Cockpit, LSMW, data cleansing, or MDG.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP, BAdIs/user exits, and CDS views.
• Familiarity with Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, SAP Activate/Agile, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries and knowledge of MM, FSM, PP, or QM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure and support SAP EAM/PM processes, including corrective, preventive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Set up and manage technical objects, including functional locations, equipment, BOMs, measuring points, and counters.
• Configure task lists, maintenance plans and strategies, scheduling, and work execution processes.
• Support SAP S/4HANA EAM Fiori applications for maintenance planning, execution, capacity management, and confirmations.
• Design and support integrations with MM, QM, FI/CO, PS, and EHS.
• Conduct Fit/Gap analysis, translate business requirements into system configurations, and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare test scripts, support UAT and user training, and enable maintenance KPI reporting, including MTTR, MTBF, backlog, and compliance.
