Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP EHS, with a focus on Workplace Safety and Environment Management.
- Proven track record in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EHS modules.
- Strong understanding of health & safety processes, risk assessment, incident management, and environmental compliance.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with related modules (PM, MM, HR, etc.).
- Ability to gather business requirements, design solutions, and drive workshops with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
- English B2+.

- Knowledge of foreign languages.
responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP EHS implementations, focusing on Workplace Safety and Environment Management.
- Configure and customize SAP EHS solutions to meet business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Deliver training, documentation, and user guidelines.
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP integration and regulatory compliance.
