REquired skills:
- 6+ years of experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects, with strong exposure to S/4HANA and a track record of successful SAP program delivery on time and within budget.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, integration points, and the SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience interacting with C-level executives and business owners.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- English C1+.
Nice-to-have skills:
- PMP/SAP certifications.
- Experience working in global delivery environments or with offshore/nearshore teams.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, Integration Suite, or Data Migration projects.
- Understanding of change management and post-implementation adoption strategies.

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects from initiation to post-go-live.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals, scope, and priorities.
- Plan and govern project delivery, including timelines, resources, and execution across multiple initiatives.
- Direct cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, developers, and QA specialists.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving delivery issues proactively.
- Control project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Drive quality and continuous improvement by enforcing SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
